They are very quick to change watch batteries. Stay and she will change batteries right then.

They have resized 1 necklace and 3 rings for me and the work was amazing! Quick return and great prices. We love this family owned small business and how friendly they are. We definitely recommend them!! This is the only place I trusted with my engagement ring 🙂

Amazing customer service! Sharon went above and beyond by spending hours to research their inventory to find the perfect ring for my fiancé for a very affordable price! They adjusted the size of my ring beautifully, and every staff member was very attentive.

Took my now wife here to get an engagement ring, we were in a difficult position due to me being in the military and having to move sooner than I expected. The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation. I believe her name was Sharon, she was so nice and gave us her upmost attention and let my girlfriend try on everything she desired. She got everything put together in quick time. Really happy we found this place.

Recently I had a ring resized, and the experience l hadwith the lady at the front desk was the most enjoyableand heart warming conversation l have ever had she made me feel very welcome and was very interested in everything that I had to say, but what came to my surprise was the discovery of my ring l recently thought it was sterling silver but it so happened that the lady discovered it was really white gold and even cutting off the piece she was able to save it and give it to me in a little carrying bag l could not believe the honesty that this woman had. l strongly suggest that everyone please if you have jewelry that needs repair come see them here!!!
