Took my now wife here to get an engagement ring, we were in a difficult position due to me being in the military and having to move sooner than I expected. The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation. I believe her name was Sharon, she was so nice and gave us her upmost attention and let my girlfriend try on everything she desired. She got everything put together in quick time. Really happy we found this place.

Took my watch here to be sized. They were very helpful, made sure the watch felt and looked good on me. Would highly recommend anyone to go here.

Recently I had a ring resized, and the experience l had with the lady at the front desk was the most enjoyable and heart warming conversation l have ever had she made me feel very welcome and was very interested in everything that I had to say, but what came to my surprise was the discovery of my ring l recently thought it was sterling silver but it so happened that the lady discovered it was really white gold and even cutting off the piece she was able to save it and give it to me in a little carrying bag l could not believe the honesty that this woman had. l strongly suggest that everyone please if you have jewelry that needs repair come see them here!!!
