Return Policy

As a general rule, merchandise in like new condition may be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date of delivery if accompanied by an original packing slip or sales receipt . Merchandise may also be exchanged for store credit within 100 days from the delivery date if accompanied by an original packing slip or sales receipt . However, this policy is subject to the following conditions, clarifications, exceptions & fees:

  • Any merchandise, including watches, that shows evidence of wear (i.e. scratches, marks, dents or damage of any kind) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches and engraved items (See Return Policy on Custom Made Jewelry below).
  • To receive a full refund or store credit, all items must be returned in like new condition.
  • Fees for services provided (for example, charges for sizing or soldering) are not refundable.
  • If returned merchandise has been altered (for example, rings re-sized or soldered, or stones added, removed or replaced, or chains shortened), then a restocking fee of 10% of your original purchase price will be assessed up to a maximum fee of $75.00.
  • To receive a full refund or store credit, all relevant parts, packaging & paperwork must be returned in like new condition with the merchandise. If anything is missing at the time of the return, fees will be assessed accordingly.

Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY – CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY

Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this store, whether on-line or in-store are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason.

Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. However, some articles may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 7 days from the date received. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees as they are non-refundable.

We will not refund for “buyer’s remorse”. Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise and any custom made rings. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers’ expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by Berry’s Jewelers INC. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.
